Bournemouth artist Amanda Williams is the current holder of the coveted "Face Painter of the Show" Award. She attended the UK Face And Body Art Convention and participating in a live face painting competition, beating off the competition to secure the title. As a result of this she appeared in Bournemouth's Evening Echo and The Advertiser.

Amanda is the Southern Representative for FACE - The International Face Painting Association.

She is also a comittee member and is dedicated to the promotion of FACE and its values.

FACE is The International Face Painting Association and all members of FACE must pass certification criteria which includes a practical assessment of painting skills and hygiene standards. They are then invited to join the association and on doing so must adhere to a strict Code of Practice and Conduct. All members of FACE hold Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5 million.
